What is Browsershots?

Browsershots makes screenshots of your web design in different browsers. It is a free open-source online service created by Johann C. Rocholl. When you submit your web address, it will be added to the job queue. A number of distributed computers will open your website in their browser. Then they will make screenshots and upload them to the central server here.

In the pic is a series of shots of Ninglun’s Entry and Index. A bonus is that it caused 45 visits to that blog in the past few minutes! That should help it reach its 3,000 visit milestone. 😉

Seriously, it is useful to see what your design looks like when rendered in browsers other people might be using. Check it out by clicking the screen shot above.

Running the current template now… It is passing with flying colours; just one out of 26 combinations seems to have an issue.
